Katheryn’s Secret by Linda Hall

This is the 3rd book in Linda Hall’s Coast of Maine Series.  These books can be read in any order as there are no returning characters in any of the books so far.  The common denominator is the Maine coastline.

It took me a little bit to get into this book, but once the story started to get interesting I was hooked.  The story revolves around Sharon Colebrook, a successful mystery writer, who inherits her Aunt Katheryn’s beach home.  Sharon and her husband go to her Aunt’s home to take care of the estate where they encounter many strange and interesting  occurrences; no grave for a girl who supposedly died many years before, a scarecrow who keeps appearing in different rooms, ghosts, murder, secrets and much more.  Again, this book has been labeled as christian by the library.  Throughout the book religion plays an important role – not all good.

I enjoyed this book.  I think you might too.
