Doggie Drawstring Bag

This Doggie Drawstring Bag turned out perfect.  I wanted a drawstring bag that you didn’t have to use as a backpack.  I added handles to it, but I don’t think this bag would hold heavy items without ripping.  I used a dark brown for the bottom and the handles and I used a lighter tan for the drawstring area.  The bag is lined with unbleached muslin.  I used blue shoe strings I had on hand to pull through. The finished bag measures 15 1/2″ H x 12 1/2″W.  A perfect large size bag.   The pattern is my own.

I missed you-glad you had a good vacation. You got me so I am looking at remnants wherever I go. I found a really nice single panel today for a pillow and a piece of fabric that goes good together.

Hi Wanda, It is good to be home. Thanks, it is nice to know you are missed. I’m glad I got you looking at remnants. They really are a good way to build up your stash. I can always find a use for them. I’d love to see what you’ve created with them. Thanks again.
